Steve opened his portrait studio in 1976 in Olathe, a suburb of Kansas City. He is a graduate of the School of Modern Photography and received his certification and Photographic Craftsman from PPA. His formal business training was from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Steve speaks frequently on studio management and digital studio workflow, and he trains photographers to become efficient in ADOBE PHOTOSHOP Software. He's also the co-author of Photoshop for Professional Portrait Photographers.
