Saturday, November 8th: The Roadmap to Color Management

with Darin LaCrone

A huge proponent for printing out your images, Darin will walk through profiling and managing every aspect of photography, from the camera bag to the wall. The Presentation will start at a high level, showing a roadmap of the color management process from creation to editing to print, and then I'll narrow down to cover the "edit" portion. This will focus on the file as it enters the computer, how the monitor displays the file, and how to control that part of it.

Darin LaCrone is a Commercial Photographer who photographs hundreds of airplanes every year, all over the world. Based in Wichita, KS (The Air Capitol of the World) it only seemed fitting to end up hanging out with & hanging out of airplanes. Besides photographing these amazing machines, Darin prints Fine Art prints for many of the companies he shoots for. From the Creation to Editing to the Print, he has a passion for the control of the color and the final output.
