Heidi Anderson

Livestock Photography

Join Heidi as she leads this session an how to plan and photograph livestock.

Heidi Anderson started her career as a family, wedding and ballet photographer in Topeka, KS in 2005.  It wasn’t until 2012 however that her photography path took a dramatic shift.  After marrying Charles Anderson, a multi-generational farmer from central Kansas, Legacy Livestock Imaging was founded to encompass a growing interest in agricultural based photography.  Facebook, twitter and Instagram played a large part in the initial and sustained growth of the company.  With 80% of their business outside of 150 miles of their office in Topeka, social media and online sales became imperative tools.  Heidi has received numerous state and national awards through PPA, National Agricultural Communicators, as well as several publications.  They strive to help farmers and ranchers across the country tell their “Ag Story”.
