Image Competition Workshop
Hey, we want you to be a part of this KPPA F-Stop Series Workshop, “All About Image Competition”. The workshop will be January 15, 2017 at Smoked Creations Barbeque (in the Banquet Room, downstairs), 222 East Logan, Ottawa, KS. Beginning at noon. Lunch will be provided. All of the PPA rule changes will be explained and how the changes will affect KPPA Image Competitions. Participants will have the opportunity to have their competition images reviewed and critiqued by a panel of Kansas Masters of Photography.
This workshop doesn’t stop with just a critique, as we plan for hands-on time with the judges to implement their suggestions, so bring your files and your laptop loaded with all the things you used to prepare your images. The judges plan to work along with you on individual images to help your scores improve. A couple of extra laptops will be available as well, but be sure to bring your flies (JPEGS preferred).
This workshop is available to all KPPA members, those living in the outer edges of the state may send your images to the KPPA Image Comp Chair, Ron Clevenger. You will be contacted by speaker phone when it is time for your image review and you can hear what the panel has to say.
